Have a list of dance exercises you can do, and then record yourself doing them on YouTube, like with your programming videos.
I was listening to MT 65 at 45:30 and was doing this move with my hands where they would be moving in a circle perpendicular to my body, where I'd be using my thumbs to press on each of my fingers in turn, and my eyes would stay focused on the same place, so each hand would pass into focus just as it was pressing down on a finger, and all of this was in-time to the beat. It was a pretty cool effect, and made me wonder if something like that could be done with more-sophisticated dance moves. With dance moves there's often a "set up" phase to the move which is less-interesting, and then a "pop" part to the move that looks cool; so what if you had a camera set up on a track in a circle around a group of dancers, and the camera and dancers were in-tune so that each dancer was doing the "pop" part of a dance move just as the camera was passing over him/her? That might look pretty cool.
