This 18-year-old university student has managed to save British drivers a staggering £2 million through his ingenious free appeals website, which has helped to overturn 30,000 parking fines.
Joshua Browder, from north London, set up the website in August after he was hit by 30 tickets in and around Camden in London. [NW: Wow, that's a lot!]
Since then, more than 86,000 people have launched appeals against council parking fines using the site.
