Main Idea: The characteristics of the art will be perceived as reflecting the characteristics of the product it is advertising.

1. A stylish / ornate art style seems to work well with companies that are selling a product that is designed to be stylish.
Examples:
- The Hell's Bottom haircut store has a very ornate storefront / interior.
- That leather bag company has a very ornate website.


Main Idea: Ask yourself what characteristics people want to associate with your product.

Main Idea: A list of characteristics people can associate with your product.
- To come up with this list, just think about all the products you use and the advertisements they have for those products.

- Stylish (eg Hell's Bottom haircut place)
- Trustworthy (eg for banks)
- Having existed for a long time (eg antique-style packaging, like the new Old Spice label)
